About the Business
My passion is developing organizational effectiveness through involving people and inspiring them at work.
My career started as a teacher, first in central Greece. I then moved to rural China where I worked as a VSO volunteer teacher and teacher trainer. On my return to the UK, I spent some years in sales and customer service roles, before moving into strategy and change management first for the youth homelessness charity Centrepoint and then for RNIB. In 2006, I went self-employed and have since worked with a range of commercial and not for profit organisations in the UK and internationally.
I'm an English graduate, trained teacher, life and executive coach and accredited MBTI assessor. I've also completed the MSC Foundation in Mindfulness Based Approaches. I passed my MBA in 2005, specializing in creativity, strategy and knowledge management. My current areas of interest are neuroscience, emotional intelligence, leadership and organizational behaviour.
