About the Business
Developing a business can be hard work and involve major challenges – I know because I’ve been there! My clients generally run good, profitable businesses, but found they hit that pesky glass ceiling. At that stage, they made a conscious decision to benefit from an external perspective.
This has provided me with essential grounding as a business coach and mentor. It means I don’t rely on the idealistic theory because I’ve been there. And this experience is what I draw on for my clients. Having someone able to look at your organization with an unbiased and independent view leads to increased efficiency and profitability. This, in turn, will increase the value of your operation.
Typically, we see challenges in at least one of the 4 key drivers which are Time, Team, Money & Operations. This can make the business stressful to own. Without business planning, the team doesn’t have direction. The business may be losing money. The systems may be broken (or non-existent). Delivery is likely to be inconsistent and your time could be spent more productively. Therefore it’s likely something will eventually snap and the business will then revert back to its ‘comfort zone’.
