Sue is a highly experienced HR professional who was HR director on the board of a retail plc. She has over 20 years experience of HR and business leadership. Having led an award winning multi-site HR and training team, she is familiar with the strategic and operational issues which face organisations and how people management and employment relationship strategies and practices impact on these. Sue works with organisations of all sizes on a wide range of employee relations projects to improve business performance. Her in depth knowledge and skills in employee relations help effectively resolve disciplinary and grievance problems. Restructuring, redundancy and change management are areas of expertise which help move organisations forward. Sue's skill in quickly understanding both people and business perspectives ensures she is able to build excellent relationships with people at all levels in organisations and build practical solutions.
