SJ Beale HR Consult was set up in February 2003. The company operates across the UK with offices in Northampton, London and Peterborough providing a range of generalist and specialist HR solutions and training.
Sandra has over almost twenty years HR management experience and has worked in a range of industries providing HR strategic solutions as well as operational HR support in HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner roles. She is FCIPD qualified. Sandra specialises in employee relations - change management, sickness absence, TUPE, redundancy, investigations, disciplinaries, employment tribunals as well as employee reward - job evaluation, pay and benefit reviews, total reward solutions, pension auto enrolment. Sandra currently is a member of the CIPD HR mentoring programme Steps Ahead Mentoring which helps young people get on the career ladder.
Marisa is a proactive and business focussed HR Consultant with ten years HR management experience.
