Our specialism is financial systems project management with a keynote of the Oracle E-Business suite. Our preferred methodology is PRINCE2 in which we also provide client training. The Business Support Programme ( BSP) is tailored for our SME MDO clients. Our BSP is styled through the Institute for Independent Business. We recommend a Business Healthcheck and Diagnostics Review which we offer free to the MDO. This is the launchpad of the BSP.
