The founder Ian Treadaway has over 25 years' experience of helping sales and marketing organisations improve their performance. Ian built successful regions for the worlds largest training company and was also a senior instructor who has helped literally thousands of people to increase their skills and results before starting Powerhouse Partnership 13 years ago. Ian led the teams that have helped Logica win over £1b of new business, Aon win some of their biggest new clients and Paradigm double their business within 12 months.
