We are a Human Resource consultancy, which supports organisations in all aspects of their management of their people. Our aim is to provide you with practical, personal and cost-effective advice for all your HR issues, from the beginning to the end of the employment relationship, and everything in between. We have broad operational experience and up to date knowledge of current management practice and the legal framework that you are working in as an employer. At PCL we will ensure that the advice we give is, above all, practical.
We can guide you through the various steps in any HR issue you are managing, and will support you all the way. We will tailor our service to what you need and will not impose anything on you that you don't. A personal service. We do not operate a call centre, and we aim to get to know you personally and the way in which you run your business, so that we can better understand your HR needs and offer individual and targeted support.
