Programme and Project Management are the activities that lie at the heart of Optimum Consultancy. We have successfully provided in a programme management role from the delivery of technology acceleration works through to large scale commercial developments. Our Project Managers are known for providing a comprehensive service throughout the project life-cycle across a wide range of Property, Infrastructure and Energy Projects.
Regulated by the RICS, Optimum assumes responsibility for cost management from appointment and delivers best practice, including the application of lessons learnt from the account management of other projects. Optimum's experience of providing cost management services across a wide range of construction and engineering related sectors ensures the highest levels of confidence in our service. Our cost managers work as an integral part of a client's project team and provide advice on cost implications at all stages of a project adopting a 'no surprises' approach.
