A key part of this was to improve their business capture and tender writing capabilities.
By 2011 the company had secured business from a number of major clients both regional and national. By working in partnership with other businesses, we were able to successfully deliver projects that included, a significant and innovative benchmarking project for the MoD. This project was to undertake a performance review of a large and strategically important long term outsourced service, and included capabilities such as facilities management, engineering and technical training and portfolio management. We were also pleased to be part of a ‘Atlantkis' EU Knowledge Intensive Services (KIS) project, delivering a programme of innovative workshops for SMEs that had been selected based on their potential for rapid growth. For the first time this allowed a full team of O4 associates to participate, bringing a wealth of cross industry expertise to the solution.
