We have worked for over 15 years as professional interims in senior executive positions and have recognised both good and bad management, as well as seen the effect of external forces on a business. Mostly it is the speed of recognition and the slowness of any response that has resulted in some form of paralysis. Management find it extremely difficult to make effective and timely change to respond to threats to their business, without inflicting damage to the organisation. It is for this reason we have developed our recovery business in response. LODESTAR Special Projects provide Interim Management Services and act as Perfomance and Recovery agents. In addition we assist Private Equity in supporting their senior management and act as intermediaries facilitating the way external advice from other specialist consultancies is implemented in the business. Our objective is to turn imagination into reality, create value and achieve operational excellence.
