I have been delivering clear, simple and effective project management for the last 12 years. I have worked with small businesses, entrepreneurs, charities, FTSE100 and 250 companies to successfully deliver a wide variety of projects. Everyone has a different view of Project Managers and most people haven't a clue what we do! Everything from the Olympics to organising a wedding can be considered a project. I tend to get involved when businesses want to change and improve an existing element of their business i.e. make something work better or faster or if they need to launch a new product or service. It certainly isn't rocket science but it does take a certain type of person be an excellent project manager - you need to be obsessed with delivering results, a very creative problem solver and an excellent communicator.
