Our services delivered on behalf of our clients have covered direct training, team facilitation and team building, project troubleshooting, inspection visits to Article 13 and 16 standards (pre-audit reviews and full Article 13 inspections on behalf of Managing Authorities), full and interim project management, programme and project evaluation.
Kalliopi's Consultancy service offers full time or interim management support. We can provide strategic partners with assistance in the design and structure of a programme's investment; the development of the governance framework for partnership delivery; the planning and managing of the programme's commissioning process; assistance in the design and implementation of sound management and controls of programme's operations; and carry out formative and summative evaluations.
