JGA is a HR Consulting firm founded by Jane Gower, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, following an 11 years career in HR, working in both the private and public sector.
From our New Milton headquarters on the borders of Hampshire and Dorset we are fashioning an enviable pedigree of improving business performance for our clients, by enhancing the productivity of the people who work there. We deliver innovative transformation consultancy, best of breed strategic HR advice and real-world practical personnel solutions, all in a personal and flexible manner.
