About the Business
We are an experienced change management consultancy giving tailored support and assistance to a wide range of organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors that are facing an ever increasing number of modernisation challenges. We deliver capacity and team building support including interim management and can provide in-house training, mentoring and coaching support.
The Consultancy is committed to promoting good practice and social policy that tackles exclusion and allows opportunity. Working throughout the UK and the EU, it is also active in raising awareness of the changes and developments that are occurring in corporate governance.
