About the Business
IFA Consultancy Ltd was formed to provide FSA compliance consultancy services to Independent Financial Advisers. FSA regulation then spread to mortgages, insurance and has also had an impact on firms whose main business is not financial services such as finance brokers, motor traders and claims handling firms. On the 1st April 2013 the Financial Conduct Authority became the new regulator for retail firms.
IFA Consultancy are active in providing help to firms in all these areas and have clients in each of these sectors; whether you are new to regulation, looking to replace your current compliance support, or looking for compliance help for the first time on specific issues then we can help. IFA Consultancy only works with small firms in the North of England and this means that we have thorough knowledge of the issues that are faced by such organisations.
