About the Business
Cruise Control (The Domain Register) spent over 10 years specialising solely in domain sales, website design and development, google advertising products and SEO packages with hosting. Only to find some customers ended up spending thousands in some cases millions a year, not just with ourselves but other marketing companies. All of which were formed off the back of the domain register’s massive European success.
So we decided back in the summer of 2017, to go back to the drawing board and develop a new way for customers to grow, develop and market their business.
Company directors and national managers have spent the past 6 – 12 months assessing every aspect of the business and industry, from individual customers accounts, spending patterns, preferred product of choice, mainly focusing on competition and industry products all to find one thing…
We were head and shoulders above the rest, it was apparent especially locally that competing businesses were living off the back of The Domain Register’s good name and it was costing us our relationship with customers.
