The BDC is an NHS consultancy with over 20 years experience of working in the healthcare sector and over these years have built a reputation for providing high quality consultancy services.
We specialise in developing people and teams through coaching, facilitation and training. Our areas of expertise lie in leadership and management development, team building and personal career development. We are also licensed to deliver a range of psychometric tools that are useful in personal and team development and recruitment.
We work in partnership with a range of academic bodies to deliver high quality leadership, management development training. This means many of our programmes lead to a recognised qualification.
