My services start with a detailed cost analysis of your business. From here, a number of cost reduction pathways are available.

I work on a "no gain - no fee" basis for cost reduction work and am willing to work on either a fixed percentage or flat fee basis.

A variety of business improvement activities are available and are provided on a standard day rate according to the number of days commissioned.

The 1% Challenge is available to all businesses but would suit companies of 10 or more employees best. This project is designed to establish a culture of continuous improvement into a company by involving everyone in the organisation. With a modest target of a 1% improvement in net profit through 1% improvements to all aspects of the business a realistic but significant target can be realised in a short period of time. The hope would be that this cultural change will continue and further improvements realised through continued use of the tools we have provided for the challenge.
