About the Business

With over twenty years in the corporate world, Mary Cushen has seen what works and what doesn’t. Having worked in a range of industries including hospitality, taxi operation, oil industry (my parent's company), printing and several more. Most recently, Mary has spent the past twelve years in utilities but has worked in Banking, Manufacturing and several small businesses. She has worked for companies such as National Grid, Barclays, RBS, Wincanton and DHL. Mary has trained 100’s of staff members and mentored new starters. Mary also owns two wedding planning companies so she knows how to create an effective event.

Phil Cushen is an active member of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM) and has over 30 years in Credit Management. Working within the Utility sector for the last 23 years, Phil has also worked in Entertainment (distribution), Electrical Engineering and Manufacturing. He has worked for companies such as Cadent, National Grid, ABB, BMG and Armitage Shanks.
