Our Transformational Fundraising Group hosts an enjoyable, monthly interactive session, for a small group of fundraisers who are committed to overcoming their challenges and limitations and transforming their fundraising, through sharing their experiences and developing their skills.
I work with fundraisers from charities and not for profit organisations of all sizes, assisting them in developing a sustainable income generation strategy that will allow them to reduce reliance on grants. I am passionate about supporting anyone who fundraises, through one to one and group coaching. Many fundraisers have little or no support and can feel isolated, stressed and at times overwhelmed by their roles, A coach can share their burden and help them find a way to overcome the many challenges they face. When I finish my contract, the organisation will have a strategy they can implement and the fundraisers will have the skills and confidence to do it.
