About the Business
We are an independant HR consultancy that works with a number of associates who share our values and passion in providing a professional service that will add value to your bottom line.
Helen founded the company back in 2008 after gaining extensive HR experience working through the ranks of a number of large organisations.
Her career started in training, working within the oil and gas industry, setting up people processes and procedures and training the organisations employees in their application. After 5 years in training and gaining her CIPD qualifications Helen moved into a HR and Leadership and Development role with Checkmate Management a consultancy organisation working across Europe. With Checkmate Helen spent 12 months in Copenhagen, Denmark with Mobilix communications acting as a business partner supporting the growth strategy with particular emphasis on recruitment and training.
